    All in a days work

This will be my thread where I will post all the photos I take While I'm actually out on some job in the semi.
should be a fairly active thread for me.

A nice shot down an old rock road while waiting on the floater to get to the field I was at.

this was taken earlier that day at another field. snow on the top of the barn.

after the floater had got there some cool clouds rolled in.

those are nice! I like them all, the sky with the portrait orientation in #3 is great.

I really like the subject in #1, however, if you look at the very top of the image, you see the branches with the bright sky behind them, there is some purple fringing on the branches (this is pretty common with some lenses with high contrast areas its just a type of chromatic aberration), when you're in lightroom, make sure you're checking the 'remove chromatic aberration' checkbox, and there should be 2 sliding bars that you can adjust, one for purple fringing, and one for green. if you see either types of fringing, just raise that bar until it is gone, or reduced a good amount.

great shots, looking forward to seeing some more!

Ya I have a lot to learn. Man I want a new lense so bad. I think I might look into getting a nice used lense. But that scares me.

Look at KEH.com for used lenses. I have traded in some lenses to purchase new from them, so have no personal experience with buying used lenses. However, a few friends have, and keep going back, and my experience with a new lens and the trade in was good.
Ebay is ok, but there are a lot of scams too.

yeah KEH is good, I've got used stuff from them, I've also got used stuff off ebay and from private sellers, really never had an issue, you just have to be thorough with everything and careful, scammers are usually pretty easy to pick up on if you're paying attention.

Ok. I don't feel like I know lenses well enough to pick the best option. Lol.
