    The Philippine Pied Fantail (Rhipidura nigritorquis) is a species of bird in the Rhipiduridae family. It was formerly considered conspecific with the Malaysian Pied Fantail.

    It is found in the Philippines.

    Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
