    Canada Geese

    Was able to go out shooting yesterday on my birthday, and saw a lot of birds and animals, only a few decent shots though, but hey it was good to get out.

    Here's a couple Canada Geese from the day.

    really? I'm not too familiar with the goose behavior, but I've got several of these two talking to each other and flying off together.

    Yes that is definitely what is depicted. The reason also why they flick their heads up when they honk is so that rivals notice the white throat patch.

    the one seen here on the left had his (? I'm guessing) tongue out on most pics while honking whereas the other never did. probably another part of the ritual. he was much louder too.
