    The blue paradise flycatcher (Terpsiphone cyanescens) is a species of bird in the Monarchidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.

    It is mainly found in the understory of lowland primary and secondary forests, however populations are likely to be declining owing to habitat loss.

    I like the cropped version, but I prefer the original, the background does add a certain feel in the original that is kindof lost in the crop, but both look great. it looks like you took some of the dark shadow away in the light green area in the background, I do like that.

    I had to do it from scratch again as the original Aperture Library where the image was located got damaged. :\
