    School takes too much time

I'm going through shooting withdrawals, I've had so much school work this semester, I guess that will teach me to take multiple upper division writing classes simultaneously. so...much....busywork...

Work consumes my time, especially when I'm the only one and I'm running the whole show. I'm getting burnt out to.

I'm so tired of this semester. I'm getting straight A's except for 1 class, the professor uses the largely online interaction as a 'get out of work free' card. there is virtually no instruction, no assistance, nothing, its almost completely "read the textbook and take the exam"...which wouldn't be too terrible except the text is sooooo poorly written, and the language in the text does not exactly match up with the language in the exams. grrr...I hate lazy professors.

I don't get that. What's the point of college if you just gotta buy a ridiculous priced book and tuition when your just gonna teach yourself?

yeah me neither, he's just a lazy professor.

y'know what sucks even more? I just checked next semester's schedule and I had 2 classes with the same professor as this class, one of them had a different section class with a different professor so I switched to that one, but I HAVE to take the other class and there are no other options unless I want to commute to and from Logan 3 times a week for a 1 hour class, so I've got to deal with this a*s again.

luckily I've been able to change my work schedule a little so I'll only be working full time after august, so that'll be nice.

heh, yeah, most of my professors are good, even in online classes, they will provide recorded lectures, notes, supplementary materials in addition to the textbook. this D-bag doesn't...in fact the average grade in his class is like a 58%. in order to meet his requirements of having enough students pass the course he has to implement some crazy grading curve....my percentage grade in the class is like 72%, but with the curve, that's like a B.

I once had an organic chemistry II professor when I was up at the U who had an average class grade of like 43%, so her grading curve was pretty extreme. I ended up in the 60's and got like an A-. but at least in her course she did lectures and everything, it was just that the material was extremely difficult, that's not the case with this class I've got now.
